Subscription & Billing Policy Last updated: 18 July 2026 Keeping things simple This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how Create Cards subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds work. By purchasing or using a paid Create Cards subscription, you agree to this Subscription & Billing Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 1. Create Cards subscriptions Create Cards is provided through subscription plans that give access to selected platform features. Your subscription may include access to digital wallet cards, loyalty programs, memberships, reward cards, coupons, vouchers, digital business cards, event passes, integrations, messaging features, support and other services included in your selected plan. Available plans, features and pricing may change from time to time and will be displayed on the Create Cards website, within the platform or in a written proposal. 2. Starting your subscription Your subscription begins when: your payment has been successfully processed; you accept a proposal or quotation; a free trial converts to a paid subscription; or we otherwise confirm activation of your paid account. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date. 3. Subscription periods Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually or for another period shown when you subscribe. Your billing cycle begins on the date your paid subscription starts unless another date is clearly stated. Some subscriptions may include minimum terms, introductory pricing or promotional periods. Where applicable, these conditions will be explained before purchase. 4. Automatic renewals Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your nominated payment method until your subscription is cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Although we may send renewal reminders, it remains your responsibility to manage your subscription. 5. Pricing and taxes Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may be shown in Australian Dollars or another currency where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, prices include any Australian GST that we are required to collect. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, taxes or duties that apply to your purchase. 6. Price changes We may change subscription pricing to reflect changes in: platform features; technology costs; hosting or infrastructure costs; security or compliance requirements; third-party provider pricing; taxes or government charges; or general operating costs. Where an existing subscription is affected, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect. If you do not wish to continue under the new pricing, you may cancel before your next renewal. 7. Payment methods Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment card details. You authorise the payment provider to charge your nominated payment method for subscription renewals. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid. 8. Failed payments If payment cannot be processed, we may: retry the payment; notify you of the failed payment; restrict platform access; suspend your subscription; disable cards or services associated with your account; recover outstanding amounts where permitted by law; or close your account if payment remains outstanding. You remain responsible for amounts owing for any subscription period that has already commenced. 9. Free trials and promotional offers Create Cards may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts or promotional offers. Any conditions, expiry dates or eligibility requirements will be explained when the offer is made. Unless otherwise stated, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription. If payment details are collected during a trial, you must cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to be charged. 10. Upgrading or changing plans You may upgrade or change your subscription at any time where available. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Changing plans may affect: available features; storage; number of cards; customer limits; notifications; integrations; support options; or other included services. You should review the limits of your new plan before making changes. 11. Cancelling your subscription You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation option provided within the platform or by contacting us using the details published on the Create Cards website. Your cancellation request must be received before your next renewal date to prevent the next recurring payment. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. Deleting digital wallet cards, removing an app or simply ceasing to use the platform does not automatically cancel your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your cancellation has been successfully completed. 12. After cancellation When your subscription ends: paid features may become unavailable; digital wallet cards may stop updating; memberships or loyalty programs may stop functioning; notifications may cease; integrations may stop working; your account may become read-only or inaccessible; and your information may eventually be deleted. Before cancelling, you should export any important information that you wish to retain. 13. Data retention Following cancellation, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period to: meet legal obligations; maintain accounting records; resolve disputes; prevent fraud; maintain security records; and support legitimate business operations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or de-identified. 14. Refunds Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Refunds are generally not available for: change of mind; failure to cancel before renewal; unused subscriptions; unused cards or loyalty programs; unused messages or notifications; temporary service interruptions; closing your business or organisation; or failure to use the platform. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. 15. Approved refunds If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution and payment provider. 16. Professional services Create Cards may also provide optional services including: setup and onboarding; card design; branding; integration services; consulting; training; data migration; and custom development. These services may be included within a subscription or quoted separately. Fees for completed professional services are generally non-refundable unless required by law. 17. Third-party costs Your Create Cards solution may involve third-party providers whose costs are separate from your subscription. Examples include: payment processing fees; SMS providers; email delivery providers; automation platforms; Apple Wallet or Google Wallet related services; website hosting; domain names; custom software integrations; and advertising services. These costs remain your responsibility unless expressly included within your subscription. 18. Fair use Subscription plans may include reasonable usage limits covering: number of digital cards; customer records; notifications; storage; integrations; support requests; API usage; and other platform resources. If usage significantly exceeds normal limits for your plan, we may: contact you; recommend an upgraded plan; temporarily restrict usage; or apply additional charges where appropriate. Where practical, we will discuss ongoing excessive usage with you before taking action. 19. Platform availability We aim to keep Create Cards available and reliable. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, security incidents, internet outages, third-party provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Temporary outages do not automatically entitle you to refunds or credits unless required by law. 20. Suspending or closing accounts We may suspend or close an account where: payments remain outstanding; our Terms & Conditions are breached; fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected; continued use creates legal or security risks; a third-party provider requires action; or we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanently closing an account. 21. Changes to subscriptions or services We may discontinue plans, features or services from time to time. Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice if the change materially affects active paid subscriptions. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid service before the end of a paid period, we may provide a reasonable transition, credit or prorated refund where appropriate and required by law. 22. Changes to this policy We may update this Subscription & Billing Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the Create Cards website or within the platform. If a significant change affects existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice. 23. Governing law This Subscription & Billing Policy is governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 24. Questions? If you have any questions about your subscription or this policy, please contact us using the contact details published on the Create Cards website.
